What Youll Do

• Operational Lead: Manage daily workflows, staffing and patient safety.
• Case Management: Attend rounds & conferences to identify needs, solve issues and gather feedback.
• On-Call Leadership: Guide critical escalations and ensure swift resolutions.
• QA & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, report incidents/infections and drive audit cycles.
• Team Development: Host monthly ward meetings, appraisals and champion continuous learning.
• Community Engagement: Participate in committees and volunteer outreach.

What You Bring

• Qualifications: Bachelors in Nursing (SNB-recognized) or Post-Basic qualification
• Experience: 5+ years in inpatient nursing with supervisory chops
• Skills: Stellar leadership, decision-making & problem-solving; strong communication; MS Office proficiency; thrives in fast-paced teams
