 Job Description:

Key Accounts Manager (Material Industrial Products)

Location: Bangna, Bangkok 

Responsibilities:

  • To manage, develop and expand designated list of National, Regional and International Key Accounts.
  • Work together with local sales team to strategically develop new Key Accounts & expand the relationship with existing Key Accounts.
  • Assist the Regional Key Account Manager & Country manager where required (KA related only).
  • Achieve the required company agreed KPIs. Create and action customer development plans (CDP) to secure an increasing amount of business from those accounts identified in your key accounts list.
  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to, timely handling of tenders with regards to site inspections and building of truck specifications.
  • Become conversant and knowledgeable on all existing and forthcoming Linde equipment specifications, features, functions, benefits and unique selling points.
  • Communicate customer related service and finance matters in a formal manner to relevant departments and participate in sales meetings where required.
  • Use the Salesforces CRM system as directed.
  • Provide point of contact for designated existing customers and targeted potential new customers.
  • Minute monthly / quarterly meetings with allocated customers.
  • Ensure all sales opportunities are followed up and updated in CRM.
  • Set up a customer development plan for target customers.
  • Be involved in industry networking events as requested.
  • Comply with company policy and procedures.
  • Any other adhoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in Sales/Marketing preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales/Key Account experience (Material Industrial Products is a plus) 
  • Ability to work simultaneously with multiple projects.
  • High level of communication, negotiation, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of selling processes.
  • Superior personal presentation.
  • High level computer skills.
