Job Title: ISO Lead Auditor (Construction Industry)
Location: Ubi, Singapore
Salary Range: SGD 3,000 5,500/month

Company Overview:

Our client is a SAC-accredited certification body that provides credible and value-driven auditing services across various industries. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a committed ISO Lead Auditor with a background in the construction sector to join their Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct, and lead ISO management system audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) for clients, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Assess compliance with international standards, regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit documentation and reports in alignment with accreditation body requirements.
• Communicate findings to clients and propose corrective action plans where necessary.
• Guide clients through certification, surveillance, and recertification processes.
• Stay up to date with updates in ISO standards and audit practices.

Requirements:

• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting ISO audits, ideally in the construction or civil engineering sectors.
• A minimum of a Diploma in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

• Based in Malaysia with ISO audit experience, or
• Based in Singapore with 23 years of relevant audit experience.
