Responsibilities:

• Develop new account for our F&B, Café , Tea products (our own tea plantation) locally and re-contract with existing clients
• Dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition.
• Utilize prospecting skills and a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events) to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and expand our market reach.
• Close deals and build relationships, develop and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
• To collaborate and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and contribute to product development.
• Track your sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree , Diploma in Business, Marketing or any related discipline
• Min 3 years experience in business development and sales to Hotel, F&B, corporate B2B industries
• Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation techniques, and negotiation strategies, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft tools.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, a hunter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
