HR Supervisor (Chau Duc, BR-VT, Chinese speaking)

Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company goals.
Manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance evaluation systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to Vietnamese labor regulations, social insurance policies, and tax laws.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent; experience with online recruitment platforms and university partnerships is an advantage.
Lead organizational training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Support external audits and maintain the integrity of HR data in internal systems.
Ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements: 

5 - 7 years of HR management experience, with strong expertise in payroll, labor laws, and talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
Fluency in Chinese, good communication in English is a plus
Skilled in MS Office, Canva, Visio. SAP experience is an advantage.
Flexible mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and information delivery skills.
Ability to plan, allocate, and manage work effectively.
Willing to travel to China and Taiwan for business trips.
