We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Lead Generator to join our team. This is a remote role, with collaboration across international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Research, track, maintain, and update a database of qualified leads.
- Make outbound calls to develop new business opportunities and drive sales.
- Contact prospective clients to qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct email marketing campaigns targeting key clients and prospects.
- Perform customer research and market analysis to support lead generation efforts.
- Update and maintain the lead generation database with accurate and current information.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align sales strategies.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant industry trends and competitor activities to inform outreach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, or lead generation roles, preferably within industries such as printing, packaging, industrial equipment, or coding and marking solutions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively engage with clients across the SEA region.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work remotely and independently.
- Familiarity with customer research and database management systems.
