Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team. If youre passionate about the construction industry and ready to take on new challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales orders and quotations.
• Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements.
• Review tender and contract documents.
• Perform other Quantity Surveying functions as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related fields.
• 1-3 years of local construction experience, preferably in a subcontractor firm, is a plus.
• No relevant experience with Degree in in Building/Quantity Surveying are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AUTOCAD drawing is an advantage.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, independent, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
