As the Sales & Marketing Manager for Thailand, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our expansion efforts in this vibrant market. Reporting to the Country Manager overseeing Malaysia, Thailand, & the Philippines, you will be the primary representative for Thailand within our Asia Pacific operations.

Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager, Thailand

    • Reports to: Country Manager (Malaysia, Thailand & Philippines)
  2. Roles and Responsibilities

    • Drive business development for consumer health brands in Thailand, focusing on oral care, health supplements, and potential new products.
    • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
    • Train, motivate, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams of business partners.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for new brand launches in collaboration with business partners.
    • Lead sales operations and expand distribution networks.
    • Identify and communicate strategic priorities, market opportunities, and challenges to drive growth and performance.
    • Oversee and optimize online sales strategies to enhance revenue and brand presence in the digital marketplace/e-commerce.
    • Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.
    • Identify potential distributors to expand business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
    • Monitor sales forecasting, purchase orders, shipments, and logistics for operations in Thailand.
    • Provide monthly reports on brand performance including distribution, sales, inventory, promotions, competitors, and market trends.
    • Support import processes and product registrations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
    • Update product specifications, documentation, and labeling as per local requirements.
    • Coordinate communication and activities between distributors, regional teams, and headquarters for brands in Thailand.
  3. Competence Requirements

    • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within consumer health or related industries.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
    • Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
    • Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
