Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Operation Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The HR Operation Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations of our clients, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and providing support to our recruitment and HR consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage payroll processing, and benefits administration

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR operations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in HR systems

- Perform and manage invoices to client and follow outstanding payments

- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and effective resolution

- Keep updated on HR best practices and labor laws to provide accurate and timely advice to clients

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Operation Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and regulations

- Experience with HR systems and tools, such as payroll and HRIS

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
