Job Description: Educational Leadership Role - Bilingual K-12 School

Objective: We are seeking a candidate with expertise in K-12 educational management, leadership, and accreditation to help drive the vision of becoming a high-quality bilingual school by 2030. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a positive, innovative, and internationally integrated learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the schools accreditation process with international consulting and accrediting organizations (2025-2028).
  • Coordinate the implementation of English-taught academic programs (Math, Science, Technology) and extracurricular activities, including international events and competitions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop communication strategies for English programs and international partnerships. Engage parents through meetings, reports, and school activities to foster a global educational environment.
  • Manage the Foreign Language Departments activities and teacher performance, ensuring alignment with English program goals. Involve in hiring, training, and professional development.
  • Serve as the liaison with international partners to provide scholarship opportunities, career orientation, and overseas study programs for high school students.
  • Maintain a Truly Bilingual environment for staff, students, and teachers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in an international or bilingual K-12 school.
  • Experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of K-12 curriculum and bilingual education models.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead faculty and staff.
  • Adaptability to cultural environments and experience in network-building.

Requirements:

  • Vietnamese nationality, under 45 years old (preferably educated abroad or with international organization experience).
  • Proven leadership in K-12 education.
  • Knowledge of international education standards and accreditation processes.
  • Established connections with international education experts and organizations.
