- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic sales, sponsorship, and client solutions go-to-market plans.
- Manage a sales, sponsorship, and client solutions team to drive business growth across all customer segments.
- Support the development of new commercial products to enhance and expand the product offering in the market.
- Take responsibility for the sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue year-over-year.
- Ensure the performance and strategy of all revenue-generating departments align with organizational goals.
- Track and manage the revenue pipeline, providing regular forecasts.
- Participate in contract negotiations to meet commercial targets.
- Evolve and refine the methods and tools used to measure, report, and recommend improvements in sales and operational effectiveness.
- Invest in and support ongoing training and enablement for front-line team members.
- Partner with Sales teams for account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and upfront negotiations to assess client business needs.
- Approve and manage policy exceptions related to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pricing, make-goods, and other areas.
- Conduct regular status meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support business goals.
- Oversee recurring tasks for the Client Solutions team, including pipeline hygiene, campaign pacing, production tracking, measurement outcomes, and client billing.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to assess staffing needs and bring in top talent.
- Provide training for the Client Solutions team, covering role-specific skills, soft skills, processes, and professional development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to shape and implement B2B marketing initiatives, including client events and thought leadership.

- You have 10+ years of experience in sales, revenue, or business development management, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- You possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage and influence direct and indirect reports.
- You have experience in leadership roles within industries such as esports/gaming, influencer marketing, entertainment, and media publishing.
- You enjoy leading from the front and promoting the companys products and vision.
- You have hands-on sales leadership experience and a strong network, especially in Thailand.
- Youve built and sold custom content and sponsorship solutions, not just transactional products.
- You are a natural connector, both internally and externally, with a client-focused mindset.
- You have experience managing revenue systems and CRM software on a daily basis.
- Youre analytical, curious, and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- You have proven leadership skills, with a strong track record of hiring, leading, and developing diverse teams.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to drive results.
