Responsibilities:

• Ensure and drive the execution of assigned tasks and projects within Engineering & Automation Team to support business improvements and contract renewals.
• Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage solutions.
• Lead warehouse projects from planning to implementation.
• Select appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet racks, automated systems) for operational needs.
• Collaborate with teams to improve space utilization, processes, and reduce costs.
• Analyze data to plan and develop logistics activities.
• Identify and validate storage solutions to increase productivity and capacity.
• Provide support and coaching to sites and operations. Present and demonstrate designed processes to stakeholders..

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering field, such as Industrial, Logistics, Automation etc
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Experience in modern warehouse engineering, supply chain design and innovation through technology desirable.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in Logistics, warehousing, preferably in an international logistics service environment.
• Experience or knowledge in VSM and/or Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Solid analytical skills with good commercial and technical understanding of Contract Logistics and Warehousing
• Excellent knowledge and/or extensive experience of warehouse methods and techniques
• Knowledge on operative IT systems/WMS implementation, worked with automated logistics systems will be added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software such as Excel for data manipulation and processing; PowerPoint for presentations. Experience in other supply chain design software/tools is beneficial.
• Good knowledge in warehouse solution design; able to develop operationally feasible solution(s) to meet customer requirements.
