PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION (PLUMBING & SANITARY WORK)
Job Description:
- Remuneration package: $4,500 to $5,500 Basic + Excellent Variable Bonus
- Reputable Construction Company in Plumbing & Sanitary work
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
- Budget and Cost Control.
- Liaise with Clients, consultants, architect, authorities, project teams and subcontractors.
- Assist to prepare progress claims with QS department to main contractor/ clients
- Certify Progress claim to sub-contractors/ suppliers
Requirement
- Project management experience in Construction, preferably with experience in plumbing & sanitary work
