Responsibilities:

• Oversee Digital Assets business, including product design, business growth, user engagement and risk control.
• Lead and manage business teams, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic objectives, while focusing on user management and revenue growth.
• Work closely with cross functional internal teams to assist business in acquiring more users and assets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that balance user experience with business objectives.
• Monitor and assess the performance of business initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve key metrics and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in IT, business, finance, or economics, or at least 5 years of relevant experience in leading Digital Assets, Financial Products, and services businesses.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams, with strong organizational and people management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on driving business growth and market expansion.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
