Responsibilities:

• Provide Professional Repair Service to assist customer on technical consultation & advise proper usage of company power tool.
• Ensure smooth workflow & the cleanliness of the Service Centre at all time.
• Responsible for completion of repaired tools in accordance with the company time line.
• Execute repair tools as many as possible daily (Work as A Team).
• Ensure all repaired tools is completed professionally.
• To keep learning of new product repair skills.
• Details check & diagnose customer repair tool complain.
• To regularly check & execute on customer confirmed repair job in the system by daily base.
• Prepare repair tool quotation after admin staff had registered into the ResQ system.
• To ensure all "Confirmed" to be repair tool to be "Complete" at the soonest.
• To prepare Repair Worksheets upon Completion of repair tools.
• Inform workshop admin on spare parts to be order if insufficient or in low stock quantity.
• To arrange order spare parts for "Waiting for Spare Parts" tools in the soonest time.
• To monitor & inform customer on spare parts "Estimate Delivery Date" for "Waiting for Spare Parts" tools.
• To ensure all "Waiting for Spare parts" tools to be execute once parts received.
• Any other tasks instructed by superior.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical Engineering or any related disciple
• At least 2 years of hands on repairing experience on power tools
• Customer service and technical competency
