Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to support the distribution of an array of premium audio brands. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing dealer network, generating leads, supporting retail partners, and growing e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources across channels.
- Lead and mentor a small team of specialists (digital, content, trade).
Digital & E-Commerce
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Optimize product listings and user experience on e-commerce platforms.
- Track and improve conversion rates, AOV, and customer acquisition cost.
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Create dealer toolkits, POS materials, and co-branded campaigns.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and training events.
- Strengthen relationships with retail partners through tailored support.
Content & Brand
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate on product videos, social media content, and influencer outreach.
- Support product launches with compelling storytelling and assets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including MQLs, ROAS, retail sales uplift, and e-commerce growth.
- Deliver performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the audio, tech, or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including brand, trade, and performance marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in key marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
- Well-versed in current marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in digital, content creation, and paid media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agency or partner relationships.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in e-commerce and/or working with retail partners or dealer networks is highly preferred.
- Bonus: Familiarity with audio equipment, content creator communities, or managing trade shows/events is a plus.
