Sales Admin Executive
Job Description:
Sales Closing Matters
Assist to check and follow up on the commissions and sales development fees.
Assist to generate the Order result and send to sales team to check
Assist to reconcile month end inventory balance before logistic closing
Assist to check GR/IR account, WIP account, Revenue Recognition account and Manage Preliminary Billing account before logistic closing.
Assist to generate the Sales result.
Assist to performing sales netting process
Export Control Management
Support Export control activities and Access System
Credit and Stock Management
Assist to prepare outstanding accounts and review monthly collection meeting report
Prepare and check monthly AR and inventory balances against approved limits.
Assist to calculate and input provisions of obsolete stocks, bad debts and warranty.
Assist to prepare Receipt and Payment table and AR Collection rate table for Cash flow Forecast
Conduct yearly physical stock-take, attend credit limit and long outstanding account meetings.
Assist in new enquiries on credit report and credit insurance when instructed.
Any other work assigned relating to Sales Administration department.
