Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth executions and External Customers Orders and to coordinate and collaborate, monitor and patrol all logistics 3PLs to ensure smooth operation and reliability in the Groups operation.
- Resolves and Report day-to-day operation issues or customers complaints if any.
- Handle & process of sales orders based on customers requirements and perform timely data inputs and updates
- Coordinates Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customer within a stipulated operation turnaround time.
- Liaise on product availability with overseas counterparts, planners, shipment arrangement with 3rd PL, warehouse and customers
- Maximize space utilization for all shipments and coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking
- Maintain the required operations turnaround time and provide supporting documents for accurate and timely customer billing
- Receive customers complaints or problems, coordinate clients wish and requirements with respective internal departments or 3rd Party Logistics Service providers and finally provide timely proposals and solutions to customers
- Maintain good relationship with customers by ensuring supply reliability
- Perform data updates into logistics to support operation and consolidation of orders for Trading Goods
- Back-up fellow team members and provide guidance to lesser experienced members.
- Propose operational improvement if any and provides clerical or administrative support such as filing and documentation processing
- Performs monthly Stock and Order reconciliation and any other documentation required for month end operation.
- Support in Cross-departmental Audits and Documentations relating to Audit Compliance
- ISO 9001:2015 implementation/ ISO 14001:2015 EMS
- Participate in action to achieve our environmental performance goals, objectives and targets.
- SS651: 2019 implementation and GHG (Green House Gas) measurement and reporting
- As written in document SE-I-2-34 Procedure for GHG Management:
- Participate in GHG measurement and report as requested.
- Major Hazard Installation and support the management in daily safe operation.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business or any related discipline
- At least 3 to 4 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office suites and plus point to be ISO9001 Internal Audit Certification preferred
- Skilled in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules preferred
- Details Orientated and ability to work with minimal supervision
