Position: Tendering Manager (Offshore Industry)

Location: West Area

Salary: Up to S$8,000

Responsibilities:

• Be the liaison contact for the companys commercial and marketing matters
• Responsible for all commercial activities (bids & tender, preparation offers)
• Maintain close relationship with clients and fellow industry professionals
• Execute agreed commercial and marketing activities according to the budget, sales volume, values, and timescales.
• Maintain customer relationship by providing professional customer service support, and be the liaison with the internal stakeholders
• Prompt to follow up on sales queries via different platform (phone calls, email, and physical appointment)
• You will be in-charge to execute market research, relevant surveys and external marketing agency matters.
• Take lead in planning and management of the marketing department

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business / relevant qualification discipline
• Min 10 years of experience in similar capacity with 5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Offshore Vessels (AHTS, DSV)
• Constantly updated with the latest industry practice, market trends and chartering rates.
• Able to work independently with excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
• Good network of contacts
• Willing to travel on short notice
