Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial reporting for multiple entities within the region to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial reports (under IFRS, J-GAAP), and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
• Understand the businesses' key strategies and provide relevant financial insights that value-add to the business performance.
• Design and prepare regular and adhoc performance reports with impactful data visualisations, together with analyses that link the financial reports to business drivers and strategies.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties and resolve complex problems positively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Hands on experiences in J-SOX, J-GAAP and IFRS with international standard would be an added advantage
• Proven experience handling the financial reporting for multiple entities.
