HR Senior Manager (Com & Ben)
Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Execute total rewards programmes and initiatives which includes job evaluation, salary benchmarking, salary reviews, corporate & performance bonuses performance management and HR policies, to ensure internal equity & external market competitiveness to meet the objectives of attracting & retaining talents to deliver on business outcomes.
Plan and manage the annual Performance & Development Dialogue (PDD) exercise which include
Communicate the different milestones in the PDD process to all stakeholders; and
Prepare & disseminate relevant employee data to Senior Leadership Team and to facilitate the performance appraisal & ranking sessions within the divisions and across organisation
Lead and execute the annual increment, promotion and corporate & performance bonuses processes to ensure that remuneration framework is well executed within budget to achieve competitive remuneration for employees
Lead and manage the job evaluation framework to ensure that all jobs in organisation are assigned the right job levels
Participate in annual remuneration surveys from Mercer and other relevant providers and to analyse results from remuneration surveys to compile the right market benchmarks for employees
Regularly review employee benefits to ensure that benefits are competitive to market, relevant to employees and aligned to local employment laws
Review and recommend changes to employee benefits to ensure that they are competitive, aligned to Employment Act, relevant to employees and within budget
Review and ensure the Compensation and Benefits policies are up to date and all other HR policies are up to date
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field with at least 10 years of experience working as a Compensation & Benefits specialist
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence outcomes
Resourceful, organized, meticulous and analytical individual with exemplary system thinking, planning and execution skills
Good business mindset, possess excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information and work in a professional environment
