Customer Service Executive (Workshop/6 mths contract)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Attending to walk-in customers / Internal company enquiries & issues
  • Identifying and responding to customers needs by providing technical advice
  • To update customers when vehicles are ready for collection after ensuring all repairs are completed
  • Doing customer quotations & following up with customers on the service/repair
  • To negotiate with customers on service/repair pricing
  • To convince external customers to take up contract packages
  • Updating of daily report
  • To check stocks and inventory of parts needed for workshop daily service and repair
  • End month to check backdated invoices (if any), assist to do accrual list
  • Checking of work orders ensuring all billing and purchase invoices are keyed & closing of work orders
  • To do daily system entry, billing of invoices (internal & external) & in-house contractors supplier invoices
  • Do follow up with external customers on outstanding/overdue payments (credit/cash)
  • Follow-up on the WIP vehicles in the workshop on progress & update accordingly
  • To liaise & press the workshop on the progress of urgent jobs
  • Raise job orders to workshops & contractors
  • Liaise with in-house contractors on the service/maintenance of the vehicles & provide feedback/update to customers
  • Prepare quotations and raise Work Orders accordingly
  • Ordering of office stationery, etc.
  • Draft contracts and check pricing for all vehicles

Requirements

  • GCE O Level with 1-3 years of work experience in automotive industry/workshop preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent with positive attitude, good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Proficient in MS Office - Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Maternity cover from Aug 2025 - Jan 2026, may extend for another 6 months 
  • Tuas, Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Alt Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
