Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- To generate leads, build strong client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.
- To work closely with sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.
- To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.
- To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
- To provide necessary assistances and follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.
- To conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM A Level/Pre-U, Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma,Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
- At least three (1) years experience in related field.
- Result-orientated and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.
- Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport.
- Good Communications skills with friendly character.
- Online training will be provided.
