Your mission

In this role, you will support the growth of company business in Asia. This role is focusing on customer demand to oversee the use of various software application systems used within the Operations Team to serve direct customers and channel partners via Sales

Key Performance Areas

  • Application Management: Build, optimize, and manage the suite of applications used by the organization.
  • Make full efficient use of standard IT and global platforms for quotations, orders, quality, and services which includes tools for electronic order entry (EDI, OCR, e-Shop), ERP systems, CRM, communication tools (chat, call center system) etc. to serve customers effectively.
  • Execute testing of E-commerce environments to ensure systems meet the business standards and system requirements both internally and externally.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows by automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Assist business leaders with extracting data for metrics and performance analysis.
  • Learn and understand external and internal business needs and participate in development/improvement of business systems.
  • Support our customers with workshops and training sessions of our electronic offer.
  • Responsible for Data Quality and Customer Master Data maintenance in all systems.
  • Creation of various reports that can support growth targets.
  • Implementation of new applications.
  • Formulate processes, WoW and best practices for internal users.
  • Responsible for training to all internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Business Operations within a customer-facing environment at a Sales Unit.
  • Good understanding of business, products, system platforms, and processes.
  • Understanding and Knowledge of EDI, OCR, E-shop, ERP, CRM, Power BI and communication tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and applications.
  • Strong capability in customers handling and service mindset.
  • Solid skills and understanding of business processes, data quality, data analyst, specials tools and IT.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization set up.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, customer oriented and resolution focus.
  • A self-starter and willing to take initiatives.
  • Be able to collaborate and work in synergy with others.
  • Abilities to plan and work in a structured and organized manner.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Capable of working in a demanding environment.

  • Frequent mental and visual attention required
