Semicon Equipment Senior Manager

 Job Description:

Job :

  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing equipment improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Decide on operations matters and ensure operations effective achievement of objectives.
  • Own & Drive the equipment KPIs & performance indices (for eg. Uptime, OEE, OPE, MTTR and other related).
  • To drive productivity and cost improvement thru uph, uptime, automation, process simplification.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Responsible for guiding subordinates in resolving yield and quality issues, related to equipments.
  • To lead / coach mgrs in driving yield, quality and productivity.
  • Support mfg goals / NPI / engrg activities / quality performance mtgs / manage related issues.
  • To lead & drive material / consumable cost reduction programs, through value engrg programs.
  • Sustain and provide continuous improvement yield/ quality /productivity through planning, evaluating, verifying and executing procedures to ensure that products meet all customers requirements.
  • Daily equipment review/monitoring of equipment performance matrices and cross support mfg performance.
  • Analyse current operational process and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
  • Ensures that company / department goals are met.
  • Able to cohesively co-work with all supporting groups & process and mfg team.

Requirement:

Degree in Engineering discipline (preferably with a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).

Minimum 5 years in managerial position

Excellent project management, leadership and communication skills.

Preferable with Semiconductor, Wafer fabrication Equipment experiences.
