Job Description:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned territory.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and create strategic plans to meet future sales goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, including updates on progress, challenges, and solutions, to management.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to enhance sales strategies.
- Support distributors, major dealers, and modern trade partners through technical and product training, working closely with them to drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct regular engagement sessions with dealers and distributors, including formal product communication sessions and frequent informal interactions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly sales reports.
- Implement company policies and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Capture end-user requirements and optimize product mix for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Drive dealer and end-user loyalty through effective engagement.
- Support business planning activities by conducting surveys and data collection.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management role with tires product industry.
- Proven track record in sales management within the tires industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends and convert insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Results-driven with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
