Senior HR Executive (Hospitality Industry, up to $5200)

 Job Description:

Working Hours : 9.00am 6.00pm, Mon Fri

Location: Town

Salary: Up to $5200 (with AWS and VB)

Responsibilities

Manage end to end recruitment including but not limited to job posting, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference check, job offer, etc

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements to develop job descriptions, attractive job postings and tailored recruitment strategies

Partner local polytechnics and universities on internship, sponsorship, and graduate programmes

Handle the full employee onboarding process (e.g. permit application, document collection, orientation, uniform issuance, IT setup, HR system setup, etc)

Conduct outlet visit and employee pulse check on a regular basis

Maintain and ensure up-to-date employee data and records on the HR system

Support and advise internal stakeholders on all HR related matters including handling employee queries, permit renewal, grievance mediation, disciplinary action, etc

Identify training needs, track records and coordinate with external training organizations

Work closely with the payroll personnel to provide new joiners, leavers, deductions, payment, and any other payroll related data

Handle the full employee offboarding process (e.g. exit interview, exit clearance, etc)

Generate manpower costing reports or other HR reports as requested by your brand

Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and industry-specific regulations

Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry

Experience with Infotech (HRIS) is an added advantage

Proactive, with excellent follow-through to achieve results under tight deadlines

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced working environment

A good team player and able to work under minimal supervision

Possess strong communication skills, time management skills and problem-solving abilities
