Job Scope

• Ensure a clean and tidy environment for diners to dine at, in accordance with the company's standards and sanitation/ health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.
• Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils and etc).
• Ensure proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment.
• Clearing and wiping of tables, cleaning floors, walls, shelves, toilet, and filters.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef. 

Job Requirements:

• Applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as training is provided. 
• Able to work weekends, and public holidays
