Position Title: Production & Operations Head

Location: Vietnam (HCMC/HN)

Reports To: Global COO

Overview:
The Operations and Production Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production processes, supply chain management, and operational efficiency to ensure seamless business operations. The role requires strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee end-to-end production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution for smooth operations
• Quality & Process Improvement: Implement and monitor quality control measures, driving continuous improvement
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Optimize operational costs while maintaining efficiency and compliance

Qualifications:

• 12-15 years of leadership experience in Oil & Gas industry (preferably in grease)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies
• Experience in handling large-scale production units and supply chain networks
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of driving operational efficiencies
