VP of Operations

 Job Description:

The VP of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations at our firm, which specializes in auditing companies within (Entertainment/Tech sectors) in the Philippines. This position calls for a highly organized, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of managing complex, high-volume operations and driving growth through team, process, and systems development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining key functions such as:
    • Reporting and auditing
    • Client and third-party communication
    • Internal communications
  • Directly oversee account management, compliance, and administrative teams.
  • Identify operational issues and opportunities for efficiency improvements, implementing changes as needed.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to meet organizational goals.
  • Resolve conflicts and promote effective team communication.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources for maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to streamline administrative processes.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
  • Represent the company in interactions with clients and service providers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Support the implementation of third-party tools and services.
  • Perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a senior operations leader in a comparable role.
  • At least 10 years in leadership and operations management within BPO setting.
  • Direct experience in the Digital entertainment industry or auditing industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of managing evolving operations.
  • Familiarity with Philippine work culture and the ability to effectively motivate and manage a local team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Resilient under pressure with strong time-management skills.
  • Background in change management.
