Total Quality Manager

Job Summary:
The Quality Manager will lead the strategic development and implementation of Quality Management within the organization, aligning quality goals with overall company objectives. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving organizational excellence through structured frameworks, data-driven decision-making, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy Development: Design and implement frameworks, policies, and methodologies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leadership & Culture: Foster a quality-driven organizational culture and lead cross-functional teams for improvement initiatives.
  • Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs to promote employee understanding and engagement.
  • Data & Metrics Analysis: Monitor quality metrics, conduct data analysis, and report findings to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance processes, reduce waste, and ensure efficiency.
  • Customer & Supplier Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify quality risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Audits & Assessments: Conduct internal and external audits to uphold quality standards and prepare for regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control and quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in food manufacturing.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
