Job Summary:
The Quality Manager will lead the strategic development and implementation of Quality Management within the organization, aligning quality goals with overall company objectives. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving organizational excellence through structured frameworks, data-driven decision-making, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Strategy Development: Design and implement frameworks, policies, and methodologies aligned with organizational goals.
- Leadership & Culture: Foster a quality-driven organizational culture and lead cross-functional teams for improvement initiatives.
- Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs to promote employee understanding and engagement.
- Data & Metrics Analysis: Monitor quality metrics, conduct data analysis, and report findings to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance processes, reduce waste, and ensure efficiency.
- Customer & Supplier Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify quality risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Audits & Assessments: Conduct internal and external audits to uphold quality standards and prepare for regulatory inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control and quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in food manufacturing.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
- Good command of written and spoken English
