HR Executive, Ops & Payroll (1 year/MNC)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- HR Operations for Singapore and the region
- Assist with Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end processes for, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- HR Administration. Oversee day-to-day HR operational tasks such as managing employee benefits and leave management.
- Payroll Coordination & Administration
- Manage accurate and timeline processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Collaborate with payroll agency to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Primary point of contact between the company and the payroll agency ensuring seamless communication and efficient payroll management
Requirements
- 2 - 3 Years of relevant experience within a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technology platforms.
- Experience with Workday and/or Timesoft will be an advantage
- Familiarity with HR regulations and employment laws.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
