Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls/ emails
• Prepare shipping documents
• Process customer orders & pricing management
• Issuing of Invoices & Credit Notes
• Demand planning and local warehouse stock monitoring
• Data analysis and sales report
• Work closely with cross functional team
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistic or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and a proficient level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage work tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience working in the automotive industry
