Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Head in the development, review, implementation, and monitoring of the company's environmental and workplace safety and health (WSH) management systems.
• Coordinate with the EHS team, management, cross department teams, customers, and relevant authorities on all environmental and WSH matters.
• Maintain and manage records to ensure compliance with environmental and WSH regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to verify that site activities meet environmental and WSH standards. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Address environmental and WSH issues, participate in site meetings, investigate incidents, and suggest corrective and preventive measures.
• Design and deliver internal training sessions on environmental and WSH practices.
• Manage permit applications and ensure reports comply with environmental and WSH requirements.
• Ensure that all personnel possess the necessary competency certifications in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Prepare and compile reports for the management team and customers as needed.
• Organize and support EHS-related outreach activities and promotional initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience and Degree in related field
• Proficient in MS office
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
