Role Description

• Responsible for onsite diagnostic, repair and refurbishing of IT Equipment
• Document Processing Systems e.g. scanners, printers, point of sales machines etc
• Display Systems e.g. monitors, projectors etc
• Specialised Machinaries e.g. industrial printers, plotters etc
• Handle repair or service parts (drawing, handling, return)
• Follow established processes of diagnostic, testing, providing bill of repair and liason for quotation where required
• Handle & communicate with customer on equiries and provide appropriate advice
• Supporting projects for trial and deployment
• Extensive travelling will be required

Role Requirement

• Minimum O Level, ITE or Diploma or 3 years relevant working experience
• Able to write and communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Able to lift equipment of up to 25kg when required
• Possess class 3 / 4 license
