Job Description
- Responsible for the sale of Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) products, Animal Farm, Metal sheet for roofing and walling, Structural product Purlin and Decking products. Focus Project Sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Accountable for promoting products and executing sales to meet our customers requirement and expectations.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with related field (Civil Engineer is preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience at level in construction or manufacturing products and managing a high-performance sales team. (Project Sales is preferred)
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills.
- Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proactive, strong communication and team management skills.
- Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel and with own transportation.
