Job Description

  • Responsible for the sale of Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) products, Animal Farm, Metal sheet for roofing and walling, Structural product Purlin and Decking products. Focus Project Sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Accountable for promoting products and executing sales to meet our customers requirement and expectations.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with related field (Civil Engineer is preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience at level in construction or manufacturing products and managing a high-performance sales team. (Project Sales is preferred)
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, strong communication and team management skills.
  • Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel and with own transportation.
