Business Development Manager

 Job Description:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) independently to demonstrate product & solution capabilities.

Key Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the companys product portfolio.

Technical Engagement:

  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide hands-on support for installation and commissioning when needed
  • Conversant & hands-on experience with VMS platforms like Milestone, Genetec

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor sales specialist, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to develop A&E specifications for large-scale tenders and projects.
