ERP Project Manager (D365-AX)

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from planning to execution and post-implementation support.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and address any concerns.
• Scope and Budget Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure end-users are comfortable with the new ERP system.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and identify opportunities for process enhancements and system optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics AX/365.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP Project Manager, Project Management,
• Proven experience in functional consulting roles, particularly in modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation and management is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ERP best practices, processes, and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
• Extensive experience in ERP consulting.
• Ability to lead ERP projects and manage client relationships or Advanced ERP consulting experience with a focus on project management.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• English communication proficient or Japanese speaking are preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certification is plus.
• Additional certifications in specific Dynamics AX/365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management) are a plus.
