 Job Description:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive product portfolio optimization and new product launches across Southeast Asia and Pacific markets, with emphasis in HVAC systems, starters and alternators, engine parts.
  • Evaluate light/commercial vehicle and off-highway markets through detailed analysis of customer requirements, competitor offerings, and distributor networks to adapt global/regional product strategies
  • Able to initiate market coverage expansion projects for product lines using professional project management tools and processes
  • Develop and implement competitive product strategies based on thorough market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to create impactful sales support materials highlighting product value propositions
  • Ensure consistent product messaging through close coordination with global and regional product teams

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Achieve or exceed SKU launch targets. Generate significant revenue through new product introductions (NPI).
  • Optimized standard margin performance across product lines while maintaining competitive market positioning
  • Successfully implemented channel marketing programs resulting in increased market share
  • Established a comprehensive competitor benchmarking framework for product development

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Engineering and Product Marketing within automotive aftermarket
  • Specialized knowledge of HVAC systems, starters, alternators, and engine parts is advantageous
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing and NPI processes
  • Proficient in SAP, particularly in material master data management and product lifecycle management modules
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and technical analysis tools
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and presentation skills
