Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Support (Planning and Execution)

• Conduct daily media monitoring.
• Manage social media campaigns, including posting and monitoring.
• Prepare marketing and promotional materials, including design, video editing, and copywriting.
• Update and maintain the event website.
• Assist in the deliverables for media partners and supporting organizations.
• Prepare and update marketing reports.
• Support the hosted buyer programme.

Administrative Support

• Perform clerical and administrative duties efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project initiatives.
• Assist in creating and following work plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• No Experience welcome to apply
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software
• Able to commit from 9 Sept - 30 Oct
• Work location: Expo, 5 days week
