SAP Support Specialist (PM - Plant Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for the SAP PM module within the SAP ECC 6.0 environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to the PM module in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand maintenance business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize the SAP PM module to align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation such as technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP updates, tools, and methodologies to enhance system functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the SAP PM module.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and the PM module, including configuration and customization.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP integration with modules such as MM or FI.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging or development.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance processes and methodologies.
