Inventory Executive (Manufacturing, Warehouse, West, 5 Days, Up to $2900)
Job Description:
The incumbent will work alongside with the team manager to manage the companys inventory system, and committed to maintain data accuracy and integrity of the system.
The Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the companys inventory system
- Provide support for periodic stock checks and stock takes
- Oversee & ensure inventory accuracy in the system
- Review inventory documentation, records and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies if any
- Liaise with warehouse personnel on inventory matters
- Ensure timely updating of supplier price lists and computation of selling price
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or related field
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized
- Possess relevant experience in inventory control
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
