PR & Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
Job Description:
On behalf of our Client, an international cosmetic company, we are looking for Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing and PR. The position is located in Ho Chi Minh City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement PR, Digital Calendar and Plan in alignment with Global Communications guidelines and Brand Strategy. Monitor KPI and results.
- Work with Brand Manager and Global/Regional Marketing to build local digital platforms (Facebook, websites, etc.), leveraging brand existing assets (Instagram, YouTube) to adapt for the market while maintaining the brand guidelines and global alignment across channels
- Work and manage a local PR and Digital Agency to develop, localize the platforms, build social media strategy, contents, and activities to make sure all the brand guidelines are adhered to. Map out the matrix, analytics, KPI and report
- Build, extend and maintain a great relationship with KOLs and Influencer Program not limited to beauty editors, bloggers, media, industry freelance artists, stylists, designers, taste makers photographers, creative directors, celebrities, etc.)
- Manage product seeding, product information, press release following the brand calendar to maximize brand exposure and awareness
- Create monthly report, online clipping and press
- Manage inventory tracking and report including of basic products, new product launching, PR sample and gifts.
- Work with Marketing AND Brand Manager to execute marketing activities (launch plan, events, counter activities) in line with brand marketing calendar and strategy.
- Work with Marketing/Brand Manager to implement CRM program and activities according to the brand strategy and aligned with PR and Digital Plan from online to offline
- Organize and execute retail events while working closely with stores to ensure the seamless operation and making sure all the brand guidelines are followed with brand standard.
- Assist the stores in organizing counter activities, VIP events and instore activities.
- Work with Marketing and Brand Manager to analyse and keep track of customer database to propose relevant programs and activities.
- Work with Retail PIC and Counter Manager in all planning and implementing Retail Events, counter activities and the training required for make-up artists.
- Work closely with Brand Manager and International Makeup Artist or Retail PIC to prepare for the fashion shows, VIP activities.
- Ensuring all events meet up with Global Event guidelines Consolidate event report as required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- College or University graduation required.
- At least 4 years of working experience in fashion, healthcare, personal care, skincare or cosmetics in preferable.
- PR and marketing background is a plus.
- Good analytic skill and ability to inspire and engage people

- Great communications and social skills
- Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
