Technical Operations Specialist (Database Administrator) - Junior level
(Hybrid + Onsite customer at Bang-Bor Samuthprakarn)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain related databases to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage database backup, recovery, and security procedures.
• Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain database documentation, including data models, schemas, and diagrams.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all databases.
• Perform regular database upgrades and patch management.
• Work closely with the related infra team to coordinate tasks, share knowledge, and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT or related.
• At least 2 years experience in IT architecture, IT infrastructure, or any related fields.
• Strong experience in MSSQL and another one from the following list [Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL].
• Experience in database administration and troubleshooting.
• Able to create and manage small projects using team resources.
• MS Excel and Visio skills are a solid plus.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing business will be an advantage.
• Experience in team management would be an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and good at systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Service-minded and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication both verbal and written.
