Customer Service Officer (Changi)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- To handle operation calls and answering to customers request
- To perform daily paperwork, invoices, raise service and repair job into system
- To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
- To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting
- To collect cash from Customer Service Advisor and submit to Corporate Office.
Requirements
- NTC 3 in Automotive Technology or related fields
- At least 2 years Customer service / aftersales admin experience in automotive workshop
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm, Changi
- Basic + incentive + OT + 2 times bonuses + flexi + 14 AL
