Senior Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide supply quality for goods and services towards customer satisfaction.
- To support Manager on monthly report creation and analysis.
- To support Manager on handling daily operations issues.
- Provide quality customer service support to customers over e-mail and phone.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
- Able to perform sales order management for customers orders.
- Able to perform allocation of stocks and arrangement delivery for customers orders.
- Conduct regular meeting with customers for close communication.
- Able to perform problem solving skills for customers.
- To create and analyze monthly report on Customer Service related activities.
- Able to promote/recommend new product to existing customers.
- Any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma in Business or any relevant discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
- Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling customers inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls.
- Hardworking and highly initiative.
- Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as, V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae.
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Team player and also able to work independently.
