Admin Assistant

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate documentation with the sales team
  • Provide customer service to end-users via phone/ email/ whatapps
  • Schedule deliveries with end-users and in-house drivers
  • Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries
  • Handle walk-in collection of IT equipment
  • Collect payment from end-users
  • Send daily delivery reminders to end-users
  • Maintain accurate and organized data records

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant admin experience
  • Possess minimum a diploma in any field.
  • Candidate who is able to start within short notice is preferred
  • Possess Good communication skills

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 6.30PM

Working Location: East, Singapore
