Admin Assistant
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate documentation with the sales team
- Provide customer service to end-users via phone/ email/ whatapps
- Schedule deliveries with end-users and in-house drivers
- Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries
- Handle walk-in collection of IT equipment
- Collect payment from end-users
- Send daily delivery reminders to end-users
- Maintain accurate and organized data records
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant admin experience
- Possess minimum a diploma in any field.
- Candidate who is able to start within short notice is preferred
- Possess Good communication skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 6.30PM
Working Location: East, Singapore
