Client Service Executive (Corporate Insurance/ Non-sales role)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to provide corporate insurance broking advice and placement for clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and advise on coverage options.
- Gather necessary underwriting information from clients for submission to underwriters.
- Evaluate and advise on quoted insurance rates, terms, and conditions.
- Secure insurance placements with underwriters, ensuring the required support from various markets.
- Prepare essential documentation for insurance placement, including quotation and placement slips, schedules, cover notes, endorsements, and closing slips.
- Ensure required documents are sent to insurers and clients by coordinating with the Administrative team.
- Monitor clients' accounts and collect outstanding payments.
- Review renewal business and take action to renew expiring policies.
- Execute special assignments and related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates welcomed to apply or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in insurance related industry
- Capable of working independently in a demanding work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
