• Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on websites and products
• Conduct user-testing of applications, software and websites to assess user experience and ease of design
• Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences
• Design, illustrate and produce mock-up, wireframes, interactive UI/UX prototypes required by the company and project teams.
• Design, illustrate and produce graphic assets required by the company and project teams.
• Take responsibility in justification of designs based on industry design philosophies.
• Provide creative and design inputs to the clients and project team.
• Provide sound advice to clients and team members on the design direction.
• Produce design specifications and documentation relating to the work produced.

Requirements:

• Working Knowledge in mock-up/wireframe/prototyping tools (eg. Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
• Working Knowledge in graphic asset creation tools (eg. Adobe Photoshop / illustrator)
• Experience in design thinking process will be an advantage
• Working knowledge in web technologies such as HTML, CSS & Javascript is an advantage but not a must
• Great organizational, planning and problem solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills in engaging with stakeholders and users, collaborating and team playing
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good to have but not required: Diploma / Degree in Art, Design and Media or equivalent
• Strong Portfolio
• Experience in working in a software team
• Experience producing UX prototypes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
