Duties

• Reporting to the AP Manager
• Process AP transactions in accordance with SOX compliance, including 3 way match
• Ensure processing of invoices within turn-around-time.
• Support the payment and accounting process across the global entities
• Ensure liability accruals procedures are observed and correctly executed
• Handle all aspects of the payment and accounting systems and processes
• Monitor compliance with VAT law and legal invoice requirements
• Process AP/EP transactions and work closely with business to ensure consistent accounting processing with allocation to cost centers, profit centers, projects etc.

Responsibilities

• At least ACCA/ Degree/ CPA
• More than 5 years of AP/Accounts Payable experience in MNC environment
• Strong hands on knowledge in SAP is a must
